Pursuant to the Federal Offices Act, a partially legally capable organisation, designated “BAB Project – an entity with independent legal personality at the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Mountain Farmers’ Affairs (BAB)”, was established by regulation, published on 10 December 2024 in BGBl. II No. 359/2024, with effect from 1 January 2025.

BAB Project is a partially legally capable entity with independent legal personality at the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Mountain Farmers’ Affairs (BAB) and cooperates with the Agency within its substantive field of activity.

The management of BAB Project is held by Martin Schönhart.
